- Posting and sharing the facebook event in groups
- Posting to the page photos & video from the event
Media, Relations, Promotions
- Posting posters around in the community to spread the word
- Contacting news papers or radio for promotion

Community Event Advocate
- Taking notes on what community events are mentioned
- Sharing other known events & news
- Sharing any notes with Facebook Page Manager to publish and share
Photography / Videography
- Capturing the event to show folks what we’re about!
Dance Instructors
- Teaching any move from the basic step to the a simple move
- Researching and finding new moves to share
New Dancer Advocates
- Make our newer dancers feel welcome, make introductions to other dancers
DJ / Music / Sound
- Creating playlists, listening to the vibe & doing DJ things
Decor / Atmosphere / Vibe
- Build a great comfortable astmosphere for an enjoyable and memorable evening
- Lights, chair and table arrangement ideas
- Decor for special events
Snacks, Beverages
- Sweets, treats, and refreshing snacks
Swag Manager
- Shirts, buttons, and more
- Building our culture and special things for our dancers
Setup / Teardown Helpers
- Sweeping / Washing floor as needed
- Setting up chairs / tables
- Unpacking & Packing equipment and check in table
